About Me
Hello! I’m Barb Flowers, a current principal with over 15 years in education as a teacher and school leader. I hold a Ph.D. in K–12 Educational Leadership and am an ICF-certified coach through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Confidence Coach, and a Certified Mentor with NAESP.
I believe better leadership doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from getting clear on what matters most, subtracting what doesn’t, and creating systems that allow you and your school to thrive.
My mission is to help principals do less, lead better, and focus on the work that makes the biggest difference.
